Today is Andrew's birthday one of Daniel's best friends from about two years old and so we headed to Andrew birthday party in the morning and I was so relieved to see I am not the only one who has a major amount of last minute organising to do.
The kids played and all had a good time his cake was a train cake very cool as his Daddy made it for him.
A real treat for Mommy and Daddy was to be able to watch a movie together The Kings Speech and have milkshakes and a chat.
Happy 6 year anniversary Colin. Was great to spend some time in the car alone without Joshua crying for his bottle or Daniel saying I do not want to go there now etc.

Birthday celebrations
05 April 2011
Today Daniel was 4 years old and had grown so much and we love you.we can just see the way Joshua looks up to you. It is so special to us to watch the two of you interact together. I can also hear a lot of myself in you. When you tell Joshua he is not allowed to do something.
We had a few guests over for your birthday and you had a great time with Andrew and your cousins playing and eating.
We thank Jesus everyday for you and we pray you will come to know him as your Lord and Saviour.

Birthday celebrations
Daniel turns 4
Well I iced my very first cake... The theme was doggy's and I did not have a clue what to do when Daniel said he wanted a doggie party but the Internet came to my rescue and we got the invitations and some games to play.
I had paw prints leading to the front door and through the house. I had material for them to put tails on and they could decorate their own collar with stamps and crayons which I had cut and stapled. I put a picture of a dog on each party box and they had to find the correct one and I messed up on this one as I did not check which boxes versed doggie pics were used. They still had fun.
party games were a treasure hunt
Toss the doggie in the box
hit the pinata with paw prints on it.
The kids all had a good time but we were sad to have missed my nephews party who was on the same day. Will post some pics soon.
